The hostel was in a perfect location, close to all the major attractions of the city. It was also conveniently located near a shopping center, making it easy to get everything we needed. it was so close to the center of town that we could easily walk everywhere. The staff were extra accommodating and friendly, ensuring that we felt at home during our stay. We also appreciated the mini fridge and kettle in the room, providing us with the convenience of making our own tea and coffee.
The internet connection was quite slow, especially in the evenings and early mornings, which was quite frustrating for someone there on business.

This place was a hidden gem in the heart of the city. Fantastic location, close to Plaza de Santa Ana and all major attractions. The room was clean, quiet, and beautifully decorated. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. They were friendly, helpful, and genuinely cared about our experience. Plus, the room had a refrigerator, coffee and tea, and a spacious bathroom with fresh towels daily. Highly recommended!

We had a perfect stay at Hostal Alexis in Madrid. The location was excellent, with many attractions within walking distance. The room amenities were surprising, providing everything we needed for a short stay. The staff, especially the day reception guy, was polite and helpful. The cleanliness of the room was really good. we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

Great customer service - flowers and chocolates for my birthday. Clean, modern room with big TV, AC, good WiFi. Large bed. Good toiletries. Centrally located with lots of bars and restaurants nearby.

This hotel is right in the city center, making it easy to explore all the major sights. The staff are fantastic, always friendly and willing to help. The rooms are well decorated with quality fixtures and fittings, and the beds are very comfortable.
